Low Carb Meatloaf Recipe

Crushed pork rinds sub in for bread crumbs in this low-carb meatloaf recipe that uses Italian seasonings. Easy to make, tasty and keto-friendly.


1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 cup pork rind crumbs
1 egg
1/3 cup tomato sauce
2 Tablespoons parsley
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1/4 cup chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste

To Make:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Use your hands to mix thoroughly. Shape into a loaf and place in a shallow baking pan. Bake for 1 hour.

Yields 6 servings

Total Carbs: 1.8 grams per serving
