How you execute your morning routine is up to you. A suggested routine could be to make your bed, shower, meditate, and sit mindfully with an herbal tea before going to work. Depending on the time you have available, you could also consider essential oils, self- massage, prayer, and Biblical meditation.
Another very important point in relation to the morning is the time period immediately upon waking. Your brain waves are lower and you will be a more receptive mentality. The same applies when you are going to sleep.
